Here is a short list of the 22 point inspection we do. We...
- Clean and service your equipment
- Flush out drain lines
- Check float switches
- Make sure your drain pans aren't rusted
- Check the copper line insolation
- Check duct work
- Check filters and change them (Customer provided filter)
- Check all electrical motors and componence for optimized performance
- Charge refrigerant up to (1lb)

You can purchase a maintenance agreement by call, text, or email. If you prefer you can sign up down below. Someone will contact you to schedule your appointment.
How The Giveaway Works

Winner Announced: 11/20/2025
When you purchase a $129 Maintenance agreement you will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.
On November 20th, 2025 we will be personally drawing the winner. All entries will be added by invoice number.
A video of the drawing will be put online to announce the winner. If the number chosen is yours you can claim your New AC System which will be scheduled to be installed at your convenience.
Leading Edge Mechanical will also be reaching out to the winner the day of.
Although, winners can also give their prize away to anyone of their choosing. Be it family, friend, or neighbor you can pass the gift onto someone you know! If you have any questions about the giveaway we are ready to answer. Thank you all for allowing us to serve you. - Roland Rodriguez

Giveaway Disclaimer
WITH PURCHASE OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT. Open only to home owners of [Central Texas], 18 years or older. Giveaway ends on [November 20th,2025]. One (1) winner will receive a new air conditioning system, including standard installation, subject to inspection and eligibility. Prize is transferable. Winner must own the home where the AC unit will be installed. Rental properties, commercial properties, or homes outside of our service area are not eligible.
By entering, participants agree to be contacted by [Leading Edge Mechanical] regarding HVAC services and promotions. Installation must be scheduled within 30 days of winner notification. Additional terms, restrictions, or costs may apply if the home requires upgrades or does not meet installation requirements.
